Here is the simple way to describe how your body works when you eat, and not eat:

When you eat:

Food intake -- body release insulin -- burn glucose -- store excessive calories to fat cell.

(Not burning fat).

When you not eat:

No food intake -- body release glucagon and growth hormone -- burning fat.

If you gain weight, you were eating too much. Even 5 years-old knows this. But why still have some many people over weight?
